ABSTRACT

IDG-1 is the anchor paper for the decay-governed plasma line. It applies the Managed Plasma Environment isolated-plasma topology spine and Lambda-governance to a passively confined, decay-driven charged-particle domain. A sealed Am-241 source in argon is used as the bench-scale physics isotope for the low-density collisional validation regime. IDG-1 establishes static topology governance, passive magnetic confinement, decay-driven ionisation, curvature-capacity constraints, and DIGSP-Lite supervision. IDG-2 carries the line into dynamic governance and the MPE-8 invariant; IDG-3 carries it into charge extraction, watts-per-curie, and shielding mass. IDG-4 and IDG-5 are the governed Sr-90 power systems that inherit the validated architecture.
