ABSTRACT
IDG-2 advances the Ionized-Decay-Governed architecture into the dynamic-governance regime. IDG-1 established static topology governance under zero authority; IDG-2 introduces controlled topology transitions, auxiliary suppression-field actuation, variable mirror geometry, and DIGSP-Tier-1 dynamic boundary control. The architecture directly tests the MPE-8 invariant, S_f,headroom(t) × κ_max(t) = const, as the central constitutive relationship of the isolated-plasma lineage. IDG-2 defines the dynamic governability envelope Ω_DTG, measures τ_dot bandwidth, maps κ_max(S_f, τ_dot) contraction, and records collapse-protocol triggers as the controlled transition boundary is reached.
