ELECTROMAGNETICALLY GOVERNED FOOD-PACKAGING ARCHITECTURE

AEMS-THERMO-VAC-001 Version 14 defines an electromagnetically governed thermoforming vacuum-sealing architecture for industrial food, medical, and allied packaging. EM governance is the mandatory architecture: it establishes the deterministic schedule, bounded correction, envelope discipline, measured state, hygiene-boundary control, and coupled subsystem logic across forming, loading, vacuum behaviour, sealing, cooling, and cutting.

The paper frames THERMO-VAC as an architectural alternative to heuristic station-to-station control. It does not claim a qualified SKU, a completed machine, certification, demonstrated throughput, hygiene performance, energy benefit, or commercial readiness. Those outcomes remain conditional on material-stack-specific prototype and host-facility evidence.

OPEN VERSION 14 ON ZENODO

MANDATORY EM GOVERNANCE

Deterministic schedule, measured state, bounded intervention, and independent safety define one governed architecture.

FOUR LAYER DEFENCE

Envelope, state and diagnostic, governance, and independent safety are separately testable and non-substitutable layers.

EVIDENCE-BOUNDED

Material stack, format, tooling, sensor, hygiene, and host-facility evidence must be declared before production claims.
