GRIFFITHS HIGH-INTEGRITY CHEESE PORTIONING ARCHITECTURE

EM FOOD · CONTROLLED-SEPARATION CUTTER · VERSION 10

COMMERCIAL LICENSING

AEMS electromagnetic architectures are available for commercial licensing and technical collaboration. Intellectual-property rights remain with AEMS LLC. Confidential technical review is available under NDA and defined scope.

The Griffiths High-Integrity Cheese Portioning Architecture is a physics-aligned, hygienically optimised controlled-separation framework for industrial cheese portioning. Version 10 treats portioning as a governed material-state process rather than a shear-dominated cutting event.

Five coupled subsystems — adaptive blade geometry, stabilisation and damping, predictive feed and indexing control, micro-zonal thermal conditioning, and contact interface surface topology — are coordinated by a shared control logic to manage strain rate, vibration, matrix temperature, and cleanability.

Version 10 adds a formal system-integration framework, three representative parameterised design-target simulations, a capability envelope, five falsifiable predictions, and an explicit non-claims section. The architecture has not yet been fabricated or empirically validated; all quantitative outcomes remain design targets pending prototype and pilot-line verification.

Evidence status: the values presented in Version 10 are design targets derived from material-behaviour analysis and representative parameterised simulations. They are not results from a fabricated system.
