ABSTRACT
IDG-3 advances the Ionized-Decay-Governed architecture from dynamic governance into field-assisted extraction, the stage at which governed topology is converted into usable current. Its central quantitative relation is the watts-per-curie scaling law W/C = η × q × V_accel, whose achievable value is bounded by extraction bandwidth B_ext and therefore by the dynamic governability envelope Ω_DTG established in IDG-2. The Field-Assisted Collector, Angular-Compression Lattice, and Space-Charge Regulator operate under DIGSP-Tier-2 supervision, with η, χ, and ρ measured as governed outputs. The published Version 3 paper defines five direct falsifiability gates for the RPPU-0 viability record.
