ABSTRACT

IDG-4 Version 5 defines RPPU-0 as a sealed, autonomous, decay-driven power architecture. A governed decay-ionised domain operates within a static physical enclosure. Dynamic governed topology constraints define the permitted field-state envelope across the full decay life, while field-assisted extraction, long-duration engineering, the passive Metamaterial Boundary Layer, and GECDS-IDG support stable governed DC delivery. The paper develops the system architecture, power bus, environmental hardening, packaging, safety envelope, terrestrial and space platform expressions, G1–G9 graduation programme, and RPPU-1 handoff.

VERSION 5 ARCHITECTURE

RPPU-0 governs through a sealed static geometry, curvature-defined operating constraints, passive boundary conditioning, selected damping, supervised extraction, and regulated bus control. Curvature remains primary. MBL conditions selected boundary gradients, GECDS-IDG manages selected low-frequency transient response, and DIGSP-IDG coordinates curvature, boundary condition, damping response, extraction state, safety state, bus regulation, and long-duration health.
